My God,

I come before You as I am.

I enter this moment with an open heart,
and I welcome Your presence.

May all that is loving and benevolent
draw near.

May Your light surround me.
May Your peace move through me.
May Your wisdom guide what is ready
to be seen, released, transformed, or restored.

I do not come to fight against myself.

I do not come to reject the parts of my story
that have been difficult to carry.

I come to make space.

To breathe.

To listen.

To allow what has become heavy
to soften in the presence of Love.

Cleansing — Returning to Clarity

Bring clarity to my whole being.

Soothe my body.

Lighten my thoughts.

Soften my heart.

Where I have become tired,
bring rest.

Where I have become scattered,
gather me gently.

Where my inner world has become crowded,
create spaciousness.

Where something has become unclear,
bring light.

May what no longer serves life within me
be gently released.

May what belongs to yesterday
no longer need to shape today.

May what I have carried for too long
find somewhere to rest.

And may everything that remains
be held with compassion
until I am ready to meet it more fully.

Release — Honoring What Has Been

I bring before You the experiences
that have shaped me.

The ones I understand
and the ones I do not.

The relationships that changed me.

The words I still remember.

The choices I made with the understanding
I had at the time.

The patterns I inherited
before I knew they were there.

The promises I made
when I was another version of myself.

The loyalties, expectations, and ways of living
that may no longer belong to who I am becoming.

I do not need to erase my past
in order to become free.

Help me instead
to change my relationship with what has been.

May memory become wisdom.

May experience become understanding.

May what once held me
become something I can now hold differently.

May I keep what has taught me love,
courage, compassion, and truth.

And may I release what no longer needs
to travel with me.

The Lineage — Receiving and Releasing

I remember those who came before me.

Lives I knew.

Lives I never knew.

Stories that were spoken
and stories carried silently across generations.

I receive with gratitude
the love, courage, endurance, wisdom,
and life that traveled through them
and eventually reached me.

And where patterns of fear, silence, shame, grief,
or limitation have traveled through generations,
may awareness bring another possibility.

I do not condemn those who came before me.

They too lived within stories, circumstances,
wounds, hopes, and understandings of their own.

I honor their humanity.

And with love, I allow myself
to live what can now be lived differently.

May what was unfinished
find compassion.

May what was hidden
find light.

May what was carried unconsciously
become conscious enough
to be met with freedom.

May love continue through me
without requiring suffering to continue with it.

Forgiveness — Making Room for Freedom

I bring into this space
the places where forgiveness may still be unfolding.

Forgiveness for myself.

Forgiveness toward another,
where and when my heart becomes ready.

Forgiveness for choices made in fear,
confusion, limitation, or pain.

I do not force forgiveness.

I do not use it to deny what happened.

I do not ask my heart
to arrive somewhere before it is ready.

I simply open a space
where freedom may gradually become possible.

May resentment loosen its hold.

May understanding deepen
without asking me to abandon discernment.

May compassion grow
without erasing necessary boundaries.

May forgiveness, when it comes,
become liberation rather than obligation.

Restoration — Returning to Wholeness

Restore within me
what life is asking to become whole.

Where I have given too much of myself,
teach me to return to my center.

Where I have forgotten my own voice,
help me hear it again.

Where I have lived from old expectations,
bring me back to what is true now.

Where parts of myself became quiet
in order to survive, belong, protect, or endure,
welcome them gently home.

May my body feel supported.

May my mind become spacious.

May my heart remain tender
without becoming unprotected.

May my inner life return
to greater harmony.

May I inhabit myself more fully.

Not the person I once was.

Not the person I think I must become.

But the person quietly emerging
through everything I have lived.

Protection — The Presence I Carry

Surround me with Your light.

Not as a wall between me and the world,
but as a presence within which
I can remain clear, grounded, and discerning.

May I recognize what nourishes life.

May I recognize what asks for distance.

May I know when to open.

May I know when to rest.

May I know when to speak.

May I know when silence is wiser.

May love remain generous
without asking me to abandon myself.

May compassion remain open
without dissolving my boundaries.

May peace remain available to me
even when another person cannot meet me there.

Let my protection be rooted
in presence, wisdom, truth, and love.

Integration — Living What Has Changed

May whatever has opened here
continue gently within me.

I do not ask to become someone new
in a single moment.

I allow transformation
to find its own rhythm.

May insight become choice.

May choice become practice.

May practice become a way of living.

May what I release create room
for what is ready to grow.

May clarity create room for discernment.

May forgiveness create room for freedom.

May healing create room for life.

May love create room for more love.

And when old patterns return,
may I not believe that everything has been lost.

May I simply recognize them
with greater awareness
and choose again.

Gratitude — Returning to the Sacred

Thank You for what has been revealed.

Thank You for what has softened.

Thank You for what I am ready to release.

Thank You also for what still needs time.

I give thanks for those who accompany me
in ways seen and unseen.

For the Angels, guides, beings of Light,
loving ancestors, and sacred presences
I experience along my path.

May all that accompanies me
serve Love, truth, wisdom,
and the highest good.

And for everything beyond my understanding,
I leave room for mystery.

I do not need to understand everything
in order to continue.

I do not need to erase my history
in order to be free.

I do not need to fight the darkness
in order to turn toward the light.

I can simply begin here.

With this breath.

With this body.

With this heart.

With this moment.

My God,

may what is ready to leave
leave gently.

May what is ready to heal
be met with love.

May what is ready to return
find its way home.

May what is ready to awaken
find light.

And may I continue from here
with greater clarity,
greater freedom,
greater tenderness,
and a deeper presence to life.

I release.

I receive.

I remain open.

Here I am.
