Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it. Reiki is energy that can be sent anywhere, to anyone, as long as the practitioner has the confirmation and permission of the client to receive Reiki.

Reiki helps to calm oneself on an energetic level. It works on the subtle energy body, which is the aura that surrounds you and serves as your emotional guidance system.

A remote session can be done via video call, or without the need for technology, at an agreed-upon time (while respecting the time zone). The practitioner can use a picture or simply focus on the name of the client, visualizing the location and the client's soul state. Reiki Distance is effective for a receptive, open-minded, and open-hearted receiver of Reiki Energy. Namasté.
