The world you believe you see is only a skin, a garment draped over the light of the spirit. It is like a canvas painted by life through your consciousness. Imagine a ray of sunlight passing through a colored glass: what was invisible transforms into shades, nuances, shapes, and movements. In this way, life passes through your gaze and becomes the world.

You may think you see solid, fixed, separate objects. But what you perceive is only a language of vibrations, interpreted by your spirit. What you understand is revealed; what you do not yet grasp remains veiled. Consciousness is the sacred bridge that translates the spirit into the language of your mind. The more it opens, the more the world unfolds in its hidden depths, in the secret music of its invisible laws.

As Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov said: “Forms are only veils, and the light of the spirit passes through all veils to reveal life.” Matter itself is a slowed-down divine word, a light rendered tangible so that you may touch it, study it, love it, and learn to transform it. Every stone, every tree, every breeze is a letter in the great book of creation. If your mind is clouded by doubt, the words remain incomprehensible. If your spirit is illuminated, each page reveals the beauty and harmony hidden behind appearances.

Do not seek to correct the world before enlightening your gaze. True order arises from consciousness, not from external action. When your spirit rises, perception aligns. What once seemed chaotic reveals itself as subtle orchestration. The outer world becomes a mirror of your inner world. The being united with the spirit perceives harmony where others see turmoil. They recognize the hidden causes, hear the silent breathing of the universe behind every form.

Look at a tree: its intertwined branches, rough bark, leaves dancing in the wind, roots plunging into the earth. Every detail is vibration; every vibration is a word of the spirit. Listen to water flowing in a stream: it is not only a moving liquid, but the fluidity of the soul, seeking its path. Observe the sky at twilight, the wind in the grass, the fire of the sun upon your skin: all of it speaks, but to hear, you must listen with your heart, see with your spirit.

Rumi reminds us: “Do not be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Tear off the veil and look at the world with your own eyes.” Walking in this world is transforming each moment into meditation, each breath into light, each silence into presence. It is perceiving the life flowing through all, sensing the invisible within the visible, recognizing beauty where others see only routine. Seeing through the spirit is to contemplate the world in its entirety, welcoming its light with patience, gentleness, and clarity.

And it is in this act of conscious perception that you find your grounding. A soft and deep grounding, connecting you to the source, to life, to yourself. A grounding that allows you to always return to your center, to feel the pure, subtle vibration flowing through everything, every breath, every moment.

Thus, the world you believed you knew becomes a secret garden, vibrant and infinite, simply waiting for your gaze to awaken. It has never been anything else: a breath, a vibration, a living poem you can touch, feel, love — if you choose to open the eyes of your spirit and return to your grounding.
