Three Evening Rituals to Restore Your Energy and Close the Matrix Before Sleep


Your day does not end when you go to bed.


It simply continues—on another plane: the dream world.


And this plane too is touched by the Matrix.


Nightmares, intrusions, scattered dreams, waking up tired… These are often signs that you have not fully closed your energetic doors.


The evening is just as sacred as the morning.


It is your moment of recapitulation, your threshold passage.


Here, you choose: will you enter the night with clear energy… or carry into sleep burdens that are not yours?



Here are 3 simple rituals to seal your day and protect your sleeping time:


✴︎ 1. The Recovery Scan


Lie down with eyes closed.


Bring your awareness slowly from head to toe, as if sweeping through your body.


At each area, affirm inwardly:


“I reclaim my energy here.”


If you sense heaviness, weight, or tension,


breathe out deeply and visualize giving back to the Matrix whatever does not belong to you.


You no longer sleep burdened by the outside—you sleep within your own field.

Before falling asleep, speak a clear phrase, like a seal:


“I close the doors of the Matrix.


I choose a free and restorative sleep.


I travel within my original dimensions.”


Say it softly or silently.


Your subconscious receives it as a vibrational command.


You have just signed your passage.



✴︎ 3. The Anchor Object


Choose a small object (a crystal, stone, piece of wood, journal, feather, or vibrant photo).


Hold it in your hands for a moment before sleep.


Charge it with your intention:


“I leave my energy here.


May this guardian watch over my sleep.”


Place it by your bedside.


Each night, it becomes your vibrational witness, a reminder that you sleep with awareness.



With these 3 rituals, you transform the quality of your sleep:
