âą Soaked cashews (œ cup)
âą Warm water (œ cup)
âą Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
âą Dijon mustard (1 tsp)
âą Fresh tarragon (1 tbsp)
âą Salt
Instructions
1. Roast mushrooms with tamari, oil, paprika â 20 min at 400°F.
2. Roast vegetables â 30â35 min.
3. Blend Béarnaise ingredients until smooth.
4. Plate beautifully and serve warm.
