• Warm water (½ cup)

• Lemon juice (1 tbsp)

• Dijon mustard (1 tsp)

• Fresh tarragon (1 tbsp)

• Salt


Instructions

1. Roast mushrooms with tamari, oil, paprika — 20 min at 400°F.

2. Roast vegetables — 30–35 min.

3. Blend BƩarnaise ingredients until smooth.

4. Plate beautifully and serve warm.
