Ingredients

Bowl

• 1 block firm tofu, cubed

• Tamari (1 tbsp)

• Coconut oil (1 tbsp)

• Steamed broccoli

• Cooked quinoa

• Sliced cucumber


Dragon Sauce

• Tahini (2 tbsp)

• Maple syrup (1 tbsp)

• Tamari (1 tbsp)

• Fresh ginger, grated (1 tsp)

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• Juice of ½ lime

• Water to thin


Instructions

1. Pan-sear tofu in coconut oil and tamari.

2. Build your bowl: quinoa, tofu, broccoli, cucumber.

3. Whisk sauce until creamy and drizzle generously.
