Ingredients
Bowl
⢠1 block firm tofu, cubed
⢠Tamari (1 tbsp)
⢠Coconut oil (1 tbsp)
⢠Steamed broccoli
⢠Cooked quinoa
⢠Sliced cucumber
Dragon Sauce
⢠Tahini (2 tbsp)
⢠Maple syrup (1 tbsp)
⢠Tamari (1 tbsp)
⢠Fresh ginger, grated (1 tsp)
⢠1 garlic clove, minced
⢠Juice of ½ lime
⢠Water to thin
Instructions
1. Pan-sear tofu in coconut oil and tamari.
2. Build your bowl: quinoa, tofu, broccoli, cucumber.
3. Whisk sauce until creamy and drizzle generously.
