
My background in French culinary arts, shaped through more than twenty years of international experience across Montréal, Geneva, Milan, and Las Vegas, continues to inform my understanding of nourishment, grounding, simplicity, and care.
Originally trained at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) in Montréal, I later founded MChef (2003–2022), where I developed a conscious approach to culinary arts centered on ingredient integrity, holistic well-being, and mindful nourishment.
Alongside private chef experiences, catering services, and conscious culinary innovation, I also authored three bilingual holistic cookbooks inspired by mindful nourishment, clean ingredients, and the pleasure of preparing food with care and intention.
